What do broken instruments, busking for a living, and a nomad lifestyle in the housing desert of Berlin have in common? Well, for singer-songwriter Ronis Goliath, they were all significant components on his path to success and happiness. His life, as he enjoys it today and sometimes can’t quite believe it himself, is the result not only of his own determination but also of a series of lucky coincidences.
Born in Cameroon in Central Africa, Ronis Goliath moves to Stuttgart, Germany with his family at a young age, where he grows up in a humble environment. It’s already then, that his love for music transpires, with him playing leading roles in school musicals.
Ronis Goliath is winning over the hearts of listeners anywhere he goes: be it live, as a supporting act for B Young, RagnBone Man, KotaTheFriend, or at his own shows, on the streets of Berlin, busking, or carrying a boom box through Germany’s music-loving capital and getting people to dance to his music.
